Speaker: Dr Garrick Small
Dr Small brings special insights to Catholic Social Teaching thanks to his expertise in economics. His clear and lively style makes complicated issues accesible to the ordinary person. And he is not afraid to offer radical and original solutions to some of today's most troubling problems. He is Senior Lecturer at the School of Construction Property and Project Management, UTS, and was formerly Lecturer in Economics there. He is a member of the Fellowship of Catholic Scholars. He is one of Australia's foremost authorities on aboriginal land ownership and co-authored Indigenous Peoples and Real Estate Valuation as part of a specialist team researching indigenous land use and property rights. Garrick is a devout Catholic and a Third Order Franciscan.
